Team Yankee: M109 Artillery Battery

The excellence of the M109 self-propelled howitzer is evidenced by the fact that it is used by every Western army on NATOs Central Front apart from the French. The M185 155mm howitzer fires a wide variety of ammunition, including conventional high explosive, DPICM (Dual-Purpose Improved Conventional Munitions) bomblets, scatterable minelets, and Copperhead laser-guided projectiles out to a range of 18 km (11 miles).
